Helen's socially engaged practice is widespread, and involves the delivery of workshops and projects nationally, that work with people and places of interest across a diverse range of communities.

Helen has a strong track record of working within both arts and health and arts in education contexts.

Much of Helen's work also seeks to engage people in the over 50's community, in arts projects that bring together the mediums of dance / movement, text (stories / poetry) and mindfulness.
